Inmate Messages and Mail
- Messages – only legitimate emergency messages will be passed to inmates.
- Mail - all incoming mail to inmates must be on a plain post card (except legal mail). Any other mail received will be returned to sender. Any mail that has been sprayed with perfume, etc., will be returned to sender. All mail must have a complete return address, any mail without it will be returned to sender.
